Clemency Wright Consulting, based in Newcastle, provide keywording services for the digital media industry including stock photography libraries, publishers and online retailers. They train and manage a team of freelance keyworders to deliver high quality global keywording projects.

Sphera worked with Clemency Wright to develop a plan for growth based upon sales processes and resource management, to enable a rapid expansion of the business.

Since working with Sphera Consulting the business has more than doubled turnover and grown the freelance team by 600%. New projects have been successfully implemented with the existing client base, thus maximising sales opportunities. The business is also well positioned for further growth with the processes and resources in place to actively market to new clients.
