Innovative North East events business lands national partnership thanks to an NBSL funded project.
John Dixon set up Count me in!, a Northumberland based events business, to bring a new feel to wedding fayres by working closely with exhibitors and visitors to make the whole experience better for everyone.
Business Need
John wanted a website to raise the profile and reach of the business and so that people could easily book tickets to attend the events and allow exhibitors to book their preferred stands.
Solutions
With funding from the North East Business Support Fund specialist web design company Andrew and Pete made a first class, high profile website that allows the general public to directly book tickets to attend the events. The site also has e-commerce functionality that allows exhibitors to book and pay for their stands.
Impact
The site has created a great profile and allowed Count me in! to become the preferred partner for the Official UK Gay Wedding Shows from Manchester up to Scotland. John is taking the Gay Wedding Shows to new towns and cities as in the 11 years they have been operational they have never been North of Manchester! The website was fundamental in providing the branding to position the business as a high profile preferred partner.
