Business Need
The business website was 8years old and it needed a fresh look and to be more mobile friendly. An online booking system was also crucial to help the business operate more efficiently and give customers a 24/7 booking operator. This would enable staff to concentrate on their clients and offer a better all-round experience.
Solution
The North East Business Support Fund supported the cost of bringing in TAC Design to develop a new mobile responsive website including an integrated online booking system.
Impact
Lee Hetherington, MD at Alpha Male Grooming, said "The impact has been unbelievable to be honest. We have seen our turnover increase by 10% in our first quarter since we launched the website. We have also had amazing feedback from our customers and now have almost 50% of our customers using the online booking hence reducing telephone calls. Plus we now have a data base of over 2000 people and their email address so we can now market them direct. The funding helped massively and we basically would of had to put the project off for a few years without it"
