County Durham based BTS Facades & Fabrications used our North East Business Support Fund to develop new processes and software to manage their growing business more efficiently.
Established in 2006, BTS have grown to become a major supplier of facades and rainscreen products to construction projects across the UK, but late last year that growth began to highlight a key financial management processes that was becoming increasingly labour intensive due to the volume of work going through the business. Seeing an opportunity to streamline the process, BTS enlisted the help of Quantify R&D to develop a new process and online platform to record and upload their data more efficiently - supported with a grant from the North East Business Support Fund towards the cost of the project.
