Longmere Consultants, based in Berwick Upon Tweed, was incorporated 12 years ago as a support service to litigation companies and insurance bodies. They provide a full legal support service, from Pre sue reports, surveillance to serving legal documents on a national & international basis.
Business Need
With 23 Associates throughout the UK and 52 on a worldwide basis the business needed to standardise the certification of service of legal documents to improve efficiency. A full translation service was also needed for the business website.
Solution
The grant funding from the North East Business Support Fund assisted the upgrade of the website with an online portal for Associates to complete the certificates / statements of service. A full translation service was built into the website to enable international clients to instruct services. The website development work was completed by Ice Wave and Visual Punch.
