We run a range of different Masterclass topics throughout the year.

An essential session to Google Ads that will: introduce the learners to the tool, help them understand how it can help their business & brand exposure, introduce them to the ad creation process

An essential session that will help the learners: understand what GA is, identify how it can help their business, navigate the tool & find helpful reports, understand how to apply analytics to their decision making online.

An introduction to the basics of SEO, learners will: understand the function of search engines, identify how SEO affects their online presence, recall tools & techniques to measure their current SEO, understand how to optimise their own website.

An introduction to the world of WhatsApp for Business and how the application is so much more than a simple messaging tool.

An introduction to Canva and its' unbeatable options for helping the learners create visually effective content.

A comprehensive guide to Facebook’s Creator Studio. Ideal for those learners who are looking to manage their Facebook and/or Instagram business profiles from a single source.

An introduction to the (free) management tool & how it can be effective for the learners to consider for their social media management.

Introducing the learners to video content, this session will touch on: Adobe Spark and Canva as creation tools. It will also provide the learners with some basic tips and tricks for creating video themselves.

An introduction to GMB including: how to create an account, the significance of the listing, how it affects your presence in search, how to optimise your GMB profile, and how to assess your success.

An ‘essentials’ guide to Youtube marketing and its use as a hosting site for video content.

A quick-fire session to introduce the learners to the world of copy and the importance of utilising certain terms to establish tone of voice, to appease their target market, and to hook their online audience..


The North East Business Support Fund provides funding to allow currently trading, North East based SME's to attend one of a range of free to access workshops.

Location: We are currently only able to support businesses based in Northumberland and Tyne and Wear. Unfortunately, at this stage, we are unable to take applications from businesses based in the Tees Valley.

Previous funding: If you are based in Northumberland or Tyne and Wear and you've recieved NEBSF funding from us since September 2015, you will not be eligible for the workshop programme.

How many people can attend from each business? Each eligible business can send one person on the Masterclass.

Do I have to attend more than one session? Yes, you'll need to attend at least 12 hours of sessions in total.
