Although NBSL's North East Business Support Fund has been available for less than 2 years it is a sign of the scale and success of the fund that we have just signed up our 750th Provider - GNT Media based in Newcastle are an online marketing agency who specialise in helping businesses with their Search Engine Optimisation, Social Media and Content Marketing.
'Providers' are the experts who actually deliver the funded projects for North East businesses – NBSL simply provide the funding to make it happen. The ease of the funding process has encouraged more and more Providers to work with NBSL to improve the growth prospects of North East businesses.
Supported by the European Regional Development Fund the North East Business Support Fund was set up to make it easier for small and medium sized businesses get access to high quality business improvement expertise. This can include assistance with business improvement projects such as website development, process improvement consultancy, development of marketing strategies, financial coaching, branding and logo design, business growth consultancy.... In fact having funded over 1,500 businesses to date there aren't many types of business development project that we haven't supported.
