This exciting, interactive programme will involve a full day workbook led collaborative session followed by an individual 28-page Business Value Report delivered via a one to one business review session. As an optional element and for those eligible businesses a part funded single day individual strategic planning session can be offered to take place within 2 weeks of the business review session.
The intention is to identify breakthrough growth businesses that would benefit from having a living Strategic Plan and provide support, information, advice and guidance to business owners around the theme of breakthrough growth. The fully interactive, facilitated, workshop will help weave a way through the treacle that can hold many businesses from reaching their real potential and restore real excitement to the opportunities that exist.
