We’re launching our new Let's Talk About: programme at the beautiful Beamish Hall Hotel on the 17th of June. To get things going, we're going to be talking about Business - why not join us at this unique, fully funded event for micro and small business owners based in County Durham.

We’ve gathered together some of the best business improvement experts into one room for this special day to help you drive your business forward - identifying common problems and providing you with the tools to succeed.

And what’s more, because the event is spread over the full day - with lunch included - you’ll be able to spend time looking at how your new knowledge can be incorporated into your business with immediate effect.

Limited places exclusively for County Durham businesses – sign up for your fully funded place.

With the scheme offering two elements of support, our first fully-funded event takes place in the inspirational setting of Beamish Hall, where you’ll be able to settle into a range of sessions to suit your needs.

A great opportunity to network with like-minded (and similar sized) businesses, we’ve deliberately made all sessions interactive to ensure you can get advice to suit your business and includes:

  • Sales – raise your confidence, hit your targets and become a sales success (Nevil Tynemouth, New Results Training)
  • Numbers - Understanding your business numbers - profit, loss, cash flow and business stability (Darren Glanville, Valued Accountancy)
  • Marketing - How marketing helps drives engagement to convert into sales opportunities (Michelle Rose, Custard and Bear)
  • Communicating effectively - How to manage your digital brand (Nicola Little, Digital Sparkles & The Savvy Solos Business Club)
  • Time Management - Staying effective across your working week (Laura Forsyth, Forsyth Business Consultancy)

What happens after the first event?

You'll get the opportunity to sign up to more fully funded support based on your current business needs. So if you feel like you need more support with sales, marketing, time management or your finances you’ll get to work with one of the experts from the day in smaller, focused groups.

You'll also be able to 'meet' one another in our private community on Facebook before the second event. This means you’ll have a complete ‘wrap-around’ experience and start ‘Talking About Business’ before you even arrive!

How do I get involved?

Let's Talk About: Business is hosted at Beamish Hall Hotel on Monday 17th June - Lunch will be provided and networking  & registration begins at 8.30 for a 9.30 start. The day will close at 4 pm.
