The North East Business Support Fund, operated by NBSL, can offer grants that can be used for any external resource to help build resilience in your business. Up to 40% funding for projects between £2,500 and £8,000 is available – providing a grant of up to £3,200. Projects could include:
- Consultancy advice on revised operating procedures
- Consultancy advice on continuity or contingency planning
- Sales advice or sales strategy
- Supply chain redevelopment or analysis
- Financial restructuring or remodelling
- Website updates & improvements including social media development
- Human resources consultancy
There is still over £300,000 of grant funding for projects available to County Durham businesses and £94,000 grant funding for projects available to Tyne & Wear and Northumberland businesses in 2020.
